  • Draw, write and letter using a Zebra Manga G nib in our Classic Pump Pen. You no longer need to dip the nib - our pens feeds any ink or paint smoothly to the nib with a flow that adjusts to your use. If you want a strong flow, press the pump - you get what you press, from a drop to a gush.

Special offer: We are offering a sale on these pens because we lost our Italian VAT and must move the pens to Germany. It’s better to sell them than move them. As a bonus for buying this pen, we will ship you a new feed that lets you work with thinner inks and paints. Just slip nibs and feeds in and out - very easy.

Zebra Manga G nibs are enjoyed by many artists for their fine line, great flex wide line variation, and durability. This is the most popular Manga G nib. You can also use Manga G nibs made by Nikko and Tachikawa. The Pump Pen is ideal for forcing more ink to the tip of these nibs so you get a nice rich line. Our Classic pens are modular, so you can slip nibs and feeds in and out to vary the line you draw and the ink you use.

    • Use any ink - even India ink and most drawing paints - you cannot plug up this pen

    • Slip nibs in and out to change the nature of your drawn line

    • Easy to clean - you can disassemble the pen in 20 seconds

    • Large capacity reservoir lets you draw all day - remove the reservoir to double your carrying capacity

    • Press the pump to encourage the ink flow - you get what you press, from a drop to a gush - ideal for filling in large areas, kick starting a new nib, or working with smaller nibs, especially the crowquill

    • One Classic Pump Pen containing a Zebra Manga G nib

    • One full flow feed designed for thicker inks, such as India ink, and standard paints, such as Golden Hi-Flow Acrylic.

    • One instruction sheet

    • Brause Bandzug and Ornamental nibs

    • Hunt drawing nibs 22B, 56 and 101 Imperial

    • Most Manga G nibs including Nikko and Tachikawa

    • You might find the cap and body difficult to unscrew for the first time you try due to locking threads - once you unscrew the pen, it will be easier in subsequent attempts

    • Be patient getting the ink to flow when your pen is new - shake the pen several times to encourage the flow

    • Adjust the location of the nib and feed to improve the flow - slide the nib back and forth over the nib, and spin the nib and feed inside the pen

    • Store the pen with the top tilted up to prevent ink leaking out of the pen and into the cap. Twist the clip on the cap to expose the small hole - this prevents a suction from building inside the cap. Cover the hole when you store the pen to prevent ink or paint from leaking out.
