Special offer: We are offering a sale on these pens because we lost our Italian VAT and must move the pens to Germany. It’s better to sell them than move them. You might find the cap and body difficult to unscrew for the first time you try due to locking threads - once you unscrew the pen, it will be easier in subsequent attempts
Be patient getting the ink to flow when your pen is new - shake the pen several times to encourage the flow
Adjust the location of the nib and feed to improve the flow - slide the nib back and forth over the nib, and spin the nib and feed inside the pen
Store the pen with the top tilted up to prevent ink leaking out of the pen and into the cap. Twist the cap to expose a small hole before you uncap the pen to relieve suction. Cover the hole when after you cap the pen so ink or paint doesn’t leak out.
